All sales final, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Each spa is sold as-is and includes a limited warranty specific to this flash sale.
Payment Instructions
The remaining balance (after deposit) must be paid via e-transfer or by in-person deposit at any TD Canada Trust branch, e-mail and bank info will be sent once deposit is received.
Pickup & Delivery
You are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery of your spa from the local warehouse, a local delivery company will be provided however you can select any delivery service you prefer.
Storage is free until the end of August, after this period, storage fees will apply.
Seller is not liable for damage caused during transport arranged by the customer.
Warranty Terms
All spas include a limited Flash Sale Warranty, which supersedes any manufacturer warranties.
Warranty coverage begins on the date the spa leaves the warehouse.

Chargebacks & Non-Payment
In the event of chargeback, failed payment, or contract breach, you may be subject to third-party collections and recovery fees.
